Our house martini is simply our fabulous award winning London Dry Gin & olive brine stirred down and chilled to perfection. We add no vermouth to make it super dry but to also showcase and spotlight our botanical balance. The brine is simply seasoning to enhance the flavour, the same way a chef would use salt to enhance a dish and to elevate it's flavour.

THE MISS MONEYPENNY MARTINI

65ml John Robert's Electric Rose

12.5ml Dry Vermouth 

5ml simple syrup (1:1) 

The Miss Money Penny Martini is stirred not shaken, build all the ingredients in your cocktail tin or stirring glass, add plenty ice and stir until chilled and diluted to perfection. Serve straight up in a chilled martini coupe with no garnish.

THE TURKISH SOUR

50ml John Robert's Electric Rose

25ml Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice  

20ml Simple Syrup (1:1)

1 Egg White or 25ml Aquafaba 

Place all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard without ice to foam up your egg white or aquafaba, then add ice to the shaker and shake hard again. Then fine strain your ingredients into a chilled martini coupe ready to drink
